  • You can ask questions regarding your application status, any missing documents, payment concerns or changes in personal information (address or email address changes).

  • The NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number typically begin with three letters. 

  • You can attach any supporting documents if necessary.

U.S. Congressional Representative Contact

  • The Find Your U.S. Representative Website helps individuals identify and contact their congressional representative based on their residential address.

  • Members of the U.S. House of Representatives can assist constituents with federal agency issues, including immigration cases, by working through dedicated liaison contacts.

  • Locate your congressional representative by entering your residential ZIP code or address.

  • Reach out to the office and explain the issue you are experiencing with your immigration case and request assistance.

  • They can help cases experiencing processing delays or for expediting  urgent cases.
